The Eudora Holiday Extravaganza - a Memorable, Festive Celebration!
A big, festive crowd converged in Eudora on Sunday for the annual Eudora Holiday Extravaganza. Each year the Eudora Chamber of Commerce nominates and selects an outstanding organization that provides support to the Eudora community and CLO’s Midnight Farm had the distinct honor to have been named beneficiary of the Silent Tree Auction for a second year in a row!
The Eudora Holiday Extravaganza is held during the holiday season for Eudora community members and surrounding communities. This year, the popular event will took place on Sunday, December 4 at the Eudora High School. The celebration was an “open house” format from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. Among the many activities enjoyed at the event were musical entertainment, pictures with Santa, sleigh rides (provided by CLO’s Midnight Farm) and great treats and beverages for everyone! The highlight of the event was the Festival of Trees Silent Auction that directly benefited the men and women served by CLO’s Midnight Farm. Local businesses (including Midnight Farm) donated decorated Christmas trees, which were silently auctioned off and awarded at the close of the evening. | Thank you, dear friends for participating in this wonderful event and promoting this extraordinary opportunity to further Midnight Farm’s mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and adults with special needs. Thank you for your continued support. Halloween 2011 breaks attendance records!Wow! Our annual Halloween Party was a scream breaking all attendance records this year! Unbelievable! Thank you so much friends and volunteers for making it such a frighteningly fabulous success! Congrats to the winners of the "Best Costume Contest"!
