Volunteer OpportunitiesVolunteers are essential to Midnight Farm's on-going success. From gardening to volunteering during one of our special events to leading or sidewalking in our riding classes, volunteers keep us going strong day after day. Volunteers are needed on an ongoing basis in the following areas:
Equestrian Program: For a description of volunteer opportunities in our Equestrian Program or to submit an application to volunteer in the Equestrian Program please go to the Equestrian Program page. Horticulture Program: Our horticulture program is always needing people to help our folks water and tend to the many plants and projects in the greenhouse and garden. We also have many specialty gardens and landscaped areas that need consistent care. Day Services: We have classes at the farm that involve baking, cooking, crafts, science, exercise, current events and much more. If you have a skill or interest you would like to help others learn about, or if you would like to learn a little yourself while helping others, we would love to have your help in our day service classes. Special Events: Midnight Farm has many special events, including field trips, birthday parties, Family Fun Days and day camps. We can always use extra help for these events! We often need people for traffic control, games and food service as well as people to help with our animal activities at these events. Other: There are many areas here at the farm where some extra hands would be very helpful.
